The patient is a resident of Oli A Cell of Tanganyika Ward in Arua Municipality. He is a truck driver from South Sudan who was tested at Elegu, where he was found to be positive for the virus, and now he was later intercepted in Arua Town along Rhino Camp Road on the evening of 14 May 2020. Oli residents had contact with him. This included family members and people who stay in the Arua Parliament area.
